SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We ship free in the United States contiguous in purchases over 100usd.
We also ship internationally, in most cases shipping internationally is not an issue at all but could cause additional fees that will be displayed during checkout.
However, the following needs to be read and understood before ordering from our website.
When ordering from chocolate-nut.com, you ensure the product can be legally imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations required in the country to where will import the product.
If your country isn't available at the checkout, please contact us for a customized shipping quotation.
We mark international orders as gifts when shipped unless otherwise specified. This measurement aims to avoid unnecessary customs & duties payments at the country of destination. It may occur that products may be still be subjected to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. In these cases, the carrier company will only deliver the product once the recipient has paid the amount due. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this but can only inform you here.
In case additional charges apply upon reception and you choose to not pay, Chocolate&Nut reserves the right to not refund at all or partially shipping fees, return fees, taxes or the entire product costs.
We usually send shipments via USPS or UPS domestic in the USA, and via UPS or DHL Express Worldwide international. We may change the carrier company at our convenience.
If you need expedited shipping, please select it during checkout. Expedited is not available for international shipping, though UPS or DHL can be quick.
If you have specific shipping needs, contact us and inquire, we'll try to accommodate you if we can.
If product is in stock, it will typically ship out within 1 business day.
Depending on your location, most shipments will take between 2-4 business days to arrive.
We ship from Texas, so the farther you are from there, the longer it will take. Almost all US shipments arrive in less than 5 business days, usually 2-4 business days. International shipments can take 5-10 business days or more depending on the destination country.
It's common for international shipments arrives in just a few days. But, depending on customs and other factors out of our control it could take longer.
2. RETURNS POLICY
Our Return Policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not because of our error.
- Any item that is returned over 30 days after delivery.
Orders over 150$ qualify for our free return policy
We offer easy returns for all of our customers be it domestic or international. International or Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that the customer need to contact the Chocolate&Nut support team to initiate a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In case of any product is in an unacceptable condition such as worn, used, scratched, or damaged, Chocolate&Nut reserves the right to deny the return claim and reimbursement.
In such cases, Chocolate&Nut would return the item to the buyer at the expense of the buyer.
We are really proud about our products quality. Although, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased item, just notify us before 15 days and we will get your money back.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item you will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs for returns for defective or damaged items are included. If you receive a refund, we will assume the cost of return shipping.

If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
